
Gigabyte has an Android 2.2 Froyo handset, known as Gsmart Rola, which will be launched by the company soon. The Gsmart Rola offers dual SIM capability and is a mid to entry-level smartphone that has a 3.2-inch WQVGA resistive touchscreen display.
The Gigabyte Gsmart Rola also has WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, an FM radio, a 3.2-megapixel camera, 512MB ROM, 256MB RAM, a microSD card slot and a 528MHz processor. The handset also comes with HSDPA connectivity but it’s unclear that if it can be used on both SIM cards. The handset should be headed to some European and Asian markets early next year and priced around 175 Euros.
