A new steering wheel controller for the Gran Turismo 5 has been released, which is called T500RS. The GT5 T500RS steering wheel controller is the product of Thrustmaster and supports a 16-bit resolution with 65K valves on steering wheel. The T500RS uses the same technology used in the HOTAS Warthog controllers, which results a wheel controller with high driving accuracy.
But the GT5 T500RS doesn’t come cheap, it’s priced at $500, a price that does not even include the optional H-pattern shifter. Currently, the actual specs of this wheel controller are still on the sparse side. It should come with more info sometime in January 2011, when CES kicks off.
