Do not be confused with the MS Windows and the Window here. Window is a Chinese-based company which has announced its latest MID (Mobile Internet device) that is called N9 and it’s powered by Android OS instead of any of the MS Windows OSes.
The Window N9 Android MID runs Android 2.1 and is hand-writing friendly, allows you to write on the device’s screen using a stylus. It packs a 7-inch WVGA display, a Rockchip RK2818 processor + DSP clocked at 600MHz, 256MB RAM and it’s equipped with WiFi or 3G connectivity.
The Window N9 boasts a tablet look. If you want a portable device that lets you scribble along your journey, the N9 should do its job well. It’s now available in China for not more than $195 equivalent price.
