Lenovo has added a new 12.5-inch ultraportable laptop in its line, called the IdeaPad U260. The IdeaPad U260 packs a 12.5-inch screen, comes in a thickness of 0.71 inches and weighs 3.04 lb or 1.4kg.
The IdeaPad U260 laptop packs ULV Core i3/i5 processors and a 4-cell only battery option but has omitted an optical drive in order to maintain its slim size. Lenovo claims the 4-cell battery is able to provide up to 4 hours of runtime.

Other goodies of the Lenovo IdeaPad U260 are two USB 2.0 ports, VGA and HDMI video outs, Bluetooth, WiFi b/g/n, 4GB RAM and 320GB HDD on every model. It’s available in two colors, Mocha Brown and Clementine Orange. The processors are based on the Intel’s range of Core i3 and i5 and price will be in the range of $1,000+.
