
ZTE, the Chinese second largest telecommunication equipment maker, has also stepped into making Android tablets and announced its first Android tablet. The ZTE Android tablet is a lightweight device which packs a 7-inch touchscreen display, that makes it suitable for both business and entertainment.
The ZTE Android tablet is based on Android 2.1 and is equipped with a 7-inch display with 800×480 resolution. It also has WiFi, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth, a camera module, an FM radio, compass, G-sensor and a 5.5-hour battery all packed in a body that weighs only 403 grams. Currently, there is no word about its pricing or availability.
