China has a number of variances of the Android OS. One of them is called the Tapas OS, a Chinese-centric Android OS. And Sharp has just readied two new handsets, known as SH828U and SH8118U which are based on the Tapas OS.

A new iOS application called the PrintJinni has been developed by Thinxtream Technologies which allows iPhone or iPod Touch user to print documents from an email account to any all-in-one Epson printers via WiFi. The PrintJinni supports various email applications and services including Gmail, MS Exchange, MobileMe, AOL, and other IMAP-based email services.

You need a cradle to keep your iPhone or iPod in situ on your work desk as well as letting it charge and sync some files with your computers. But if your iPhone or iPod wears a protective case, you’ll probably not want to use a cradle as you would not like the idea of having to take off the case in order to slot it in the cradle; as most cradles are supposed to fit a naked iPhone or iPod only.

Finally the two HTC smart phones, HTC Desire HD and Desire Z have been officially announced. The two HTC phones were uploaded and then removed on Amazon UK and UK Mobile store before they got any official announcement.
