
Home theater projectors let you have cinema experience at home and of course you can enjoy viewing in much bigger screen size than any average TV can provide. The newly announced Sharp XV-Z17000 is a DLP home theater projector which packs the full HD and 3D capability to suit every of your needs for HD+3D movies and gaming.
The Sharp XV-Z17000 projector features 1920×1080 full HD resolution, a contrast ratio of 30,000:1 and brightness of 1,600 lumens. The projector is based on DLP technology, its 3D projection is compatible via “IR Link” and “DLP Link” and comes included with two pairs of 3D active shutter glasses.
The Sharp projector also includes a number of functions for maintaining best image quality. Such as vertical and horizontal Keystone Correction, which corrects the spherical and trapezoidal distortion of an image on a flat screen. And Image Shift function which vertically shifts images projected at the 16×9 format to maintain image quality without distortion in limited space.
It also comes equipped with two HDMI 1.4 inputs, D-sub, component and composite and S-video inputs and also an RS232 port. It’ll be out in Q1 in 2011.
