The Samsung Galaxy Tab tablet has been officially announced but with rumors saying that it’ll be sold with pretty expensive price around £600 to £800 in Europe. But according to Samsung’s product executive Hankil Yoon, the device will be priced at much cheaper price in the US, which will cost you around $200 to $300 only.
In Europe, the Galaxy Tab will first reach Italy and most of the European markets will be covered in October. The US will have to wait for a couple of more months, as Samsung is in the discussion with a number of carriers.
Samsung is ambitious and wanting to achieve 10 million Galaxy Tabs shipped. There is also plan by the company to capture a third of the global tablet market by next year. Samsung also has plan to expand the Galaxy Tab tablet family, which will include other inchers such as 6 inches or10 inches.
