A breakthrough in robot technology and this time it isn’t from Japan. An emotional robot called Nao has been developed by a team of researchers, led by University of Hertfordshire along with others from European countries including France, Denmark etc. The Nao robot is able to interact with human emotionally.

The Samsung’s Android tablet, Galaxy Tab that has had some leaked information since a few months ago, is now said to be unveiled at the IFA-2010, which is scheduled to begin on Sept 3. The Samsung Galaxy Tab tablet features a 7-inch Super AMOLED display and is also deemed as one of the competitors for the Apple iPad.

A cellphone will increase its radiation when someone is gripping the phone that will result death grip and cause signal dropping. In the case of death grip or signal dropping, the phone will need more power, thus emit more radiation in order to keep the signal active. A new Biometric security app is on its way that will allow you to unlock your Android handset using your face. Called the BioLock, is an Android app being developed by Blue Planet Apps which will come facial recognition and iris scanning capabilities.
If you store some private and confidential data on your Android handset, the BioLock is definitely useful for you, which only allows your face to unlock and access the data. The app makes use of the handset’s camera to capture your face. And it’s even able to identify if someone tries to fake your face by holding up a picture of your face in front of the phone’s camera.
