Samsung have recently produced lots of Android smart phones but they’re little slack when coming to produce smart phones based on their home-grown OS Bada. Up to now, they’ve just rolled out the 4th handset based on Bada, which is known as Samsung Wave 723.
The Samsung Wave 723 is different from the original Samsung Wave (which has had 1 million units sold in 4 weeks), the Wave 723′s actually intended for the mid-range market. The handset has a 3.2 inch QVGA LCD screen, WiFi (up to WiFi N), Bluetooth 3.0, a 5-megapixel camera, and comes included with a leather case to protect it from scratches and dust. The handset is expected be priced 240 Euros and hit Germany sometime in September and be headed to other markets at a later date. But unfortunately, there will be no launch in the US which Samsung cites that operators do not wanna launch Bada-based handsets.
