For those who wish to print photos instantly while on the run, Canon has just announced its new photo printer, called the Canon Selphy CP800, which comes portable and compact enough to let you bring it along to print your photos any time you feel like.
The Canon Selphy CP800 printer comes with a new tilt LCD display and an innovative and fun Shuttle that enhances its usability and functionality. This printer is suggested to be used at any special occasions, so while you’ve shot some photos with your Canon digicam, you can right away print them and impress your guests and friends. This portable photo printer also comes with an optional battery pack that allows it to be used for longer hours.
The 2.5-inch tilt LCD of the CP800 allows for easy viewing, editing and selecting images. It also has the Smooth Skin feature that makes your photos look more naturally and appealing at a glance. There is also Image Optimizer that adjusts the brightness level, contrast and sharpness of images and also corrects exposure. Other goodies include Portrait Image Optimize feature which consists of face detection, backlight correction and noise reduction to be done automatically.
The Canon Selphy CP800 compact photo printer will be available in either black or white and will retail for a price of $100.
