There have been a number of rumors telling an HD version of the HTC Desire to be coming soon. Although nothing has been made official and no information about the specs of this device. But various places have had this handset spotted including inventory systems of Vodafone Germany.
And the latest is, the HTC Desire HD was said posted on Amazon UK yesterday but then taken off. But this should be sufficient to confirm an HD version of the HTC Desire heading our way pretty soon.
The device was listed as HTC 99HLZ001-00 ACE/Desire HD on Amazon UK for a price of £415. But unfortunately it’s been removed. But the name of the device listed by Amazon UK has similarity to its previously rumored name, HTC Ace.
The screenshot above is the evidence showing the device was listed. Anyway, no other details yet such as if it would run Android 2.2 Froyo or pack a 4.3-inch screen. I believe Amazon UK could have mistakenly posted the device but took it off after heaving realized it’s not been officiated yet.
