For an iPod Touch owner, who is unwilling to shell out extra bucks to get an iPhone but wishing that your iPod Touch to be able to let you make calls and send text, can now make use of the tPhone case to turn an iPod Touch into an iPhone.

The tPhone case basically wraps around your iPod Touch and provides it a SIM card slot, a dock connector and a battery. The tPhone is a hard plastic case with matte black finishing, which has the SIM card slot at the side, a dock connector, a 1200 mAh battery that extends the juice of your iPod Touch and several control buttons on top and sides for various controls of the iPod.
Once you have the tPhone case wrapped around your iPod Touch, you can then insert a SIM card into the case which will then allow you to make calls and send or receive texts. The little downside as it adds little bulkiness to your device. The tPhone is said to be in its prototype stage with an unofficial price tag of around USD $103.
