The new photo scanner from Plustek is called the SmartPhoto P60, which is a lightweight and compact scanner that allows to you scan or digitize your photos and transfer them to your laptop or upload to Facebook and other photo-sharing sites. The device is light and compact enough to bring along for scanning your photos while you’re on the go.

The SmartPhoto P60 supports scanning in 100dpi, 300dpi or 600dpi. It can scan photos that measure up to 4 x 6. And scanning the 4 x 6 photo at 100 dpi takes only 18 seconds. This photo scanner is simple to use which uses the single pass scan mode – all you need to is to press a button to scan the photo.

You do not need additional software or cables. It uses only a single USB cable to transfer the scanned photo to your computer and is powered by USB.
