Nao is capable of showing feelings and with the emotions that emulate those of one year-old child. The emotions of the Nao can be expressed via various physical gestures, postures and movements of body rather than facial or verbal expression.
Nao can show different emotions including sadness, fear, joy, and pride. It can also be programmed with different personalities. To work as what it claims, Nao is equipped with various gears including sensors, cameras, speech recognition system etc.
