The JailBreakMe has been made available for jailbreaking your iPhone 4. And the iPhone Dev Team has just added to the hype and released the Ultrasn0w, the unlock tool for the iPhone 4.
The latest version of the Ultrasn0w allows you to unlock the iPhone 4 with baseband 01.59. It also unlocks the iPhone 3GS and 3G with basebands 04.26.08, 05.11.07, 05.12.01 and 05.13.04. Once you’ve unlocked your iPhone 4 using the Ultrasn0w, you can use the iPhone 4 on other networks than AT&T.
It’s now legal to unlock and jailbreak your iPhone after the recent changes of DMCA. But of course Apple is still unhappy about the unlocking and jailbreaking, which still insists jailbreaking and unlocking will void the warranty of the iPhone 4. Find out more on iPhone Dev Team website on how to proceed with the Ultrasn0w iPhone 4 unlock.
