RIM has also jumped on the same bandwagon of making tablets. Their Blackpad tablet has begun its rumors since a couple of months ago and the latest news from Bloomberg is claiming the BlackPad tablet to launch sometime in November.
According to the source, a domain name blackpad.com has been registered for this Blackberry tablet. Although RIM has not officially announced the name for this tablet but it’s shown RIM’s eagerness to protect this name. Currently RIM refuses to comment about this.
The BlackPad will likely have same dimensions as the iPad, which will have a 9.7-inch diagonal screen and WiFi and Bluetooth wireless connectivity, allowing the user to connect to the Internet through their Blackberry smart phones.
