Panasonic has been pretty aggressive in bringing more 3D-capable devices into the market. One of them that has been introduced is the Panasonic HDC-SDT750 3D camcorder. The device is actually an existing model (HDC-HS700), which has a 3D conversion lens added to it, allowing you to record video in 3D.
The Panasonic HDC-SDT750 is capable of shooting full HD 1080p AVCHD at 60fps, using side-by-side method, recording left-eye and right-eye images, with each eye getting 960×1080 resolution in 3D. Of course, you can record in regular 2D in full HD resolution by simply detaching the 3D lens.
The Panasonic HDC-SDT750 has an HDMI output, allowing you to connect it to a Panasonic 3D TV for playback of the 3D video. You can also record to memory card with an AVCHD compatible player. Other goodies on this Panasonic 3D camcorder are a 3-inch LCD touchscreen, a 3MOS system, a Leica Dicomar lens, and a 12x optical zoom.
It also supports time-lapse recording and has great sound system including 5.1 channel sound with 5 microphones to absorb the most realistic sounds while recording 3D.
The Panasonic HDC-SDT750 3D camcorder is now up for pre-order on Amazon for a price of $1,399 and will ship on Oct 15th. If you want one, just hit the “Buy now” button below to get yours!
