Panasonic announces 3D TVs with built-in Blu-ray player and HDDs

Panasonic has announced two all-in-one 3D TVs in its Viera range in Japan, which each comes with a built-in Blu-ray player and hard disk drive, to let you enjoy 3D viewing right away. The two models of the Panasonic all-in-one 3D TVs are the 46-inch TH-P46RT2B and the 42-inch TH-P42RT2B.

The two Panasonic 3D TVs feature a 500GB HDD, full HD resolution, 3D Blu-ray movies playback, full-range speakers, Ethernet, DLNA support, Viera Link, and three HDMI ports. They’re full black panels with 5,000,000:1 native contrast ratio, support Skype and each comes included with a pair of 3D glasses.

With all the decent specs packed on these all-in-one TVs, they do not come cheap. The 46-inch model costs $5,050 while the 42-inch model costs $4,500. No plan has been mentioned by Panasonic when these TVs will be headed to International markets.
