LG has unveiled a number of new products for its LG Optimus line, which are an Android tablet and two smart phones. And LG plans to roll out about 10 new products in the LG Optimus worldwide, sometime in the second half of the year.
The two LG Optimus smart phones are the LG Optimus Chic and Optimus One, which will be shipped with Android 2.2 Froyo OS. Currently the details of the two smart phones are still very little. What we know is the LG Optimus Chic will come with more advanced features while the LG Optimus One is more towards a generic Android smartphone.
The first Android tablet of LG in its Optimus series, will be out later this year as well. The device is expected to offer better performance but remain in lighter and thinner form factor while compared to other similar devices in the market.
