NEC LifeTouch Android tablet

NEC is also prepping a touchscreen Android tablet, called the LifeTouch. The device will run Android 2.1, come with a 7-inch TFT LCD screen (800×480 resolution), run on an ARM Cortex A8 CPU and weigh about 400 grams.
