Motorola has introduced their ES400 EDA (Enterprise Digital Assistant), a Windows Mobile-based handheld device that runs the Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. The ES400 EDA is a rugged handheld device that works pretty much like a rugged PDA but it also supports HSPA/3G and WiFi connectivity that makes it suitable for use in various work environments.

Samsung has announced a new 512GB SSD which comes with Toggle Mode NAND that allows the battery life of notebooks or netbooks to be extended by an hour while compared to traditional storage. The SSD is definitely useful for notebooks, especially for users on the run, who can hardly find a power outlet to charge their notebooks.

Thanko has combined binoculars and an 8-megapixel camera into one single device. The device allows you to view distant objects as well as taking some pictures on the run. The camera has a 4X digital zoom while the binoculars have 8x zoom power.

NEC is also prepping a touchscreen Android tablet, called the LifeTouch. The device will run Android 2.1, come with a 7-inch TFT LCD screen (800×480 resolution), run on an ARM Cortex A8 CPU and weigh about 400 grams. A video has also shown up that shows the device in action, which is included at the end of this post.

Samsung has got a new Android smart phone in its line, the Samsung Galaxy Apollo i5801, which was spotted a few days ago but lacking of details. But now some details have surfaced. The i5801 smart phone will pack a 3.2-inch touch screen, an autofocus 3-megapixel camera with 4X digital zoom.
