Acer has shown off a Ferrari edition of its Liquid e smart phone. The handset sports a signature Ferrari Red paint and Scuderia Ferrari crest along with chrome trim and carbon fiber accents. It is also loaded with lots of goodies from the Ferrari including a wallpaper for each of its five home pages, ring tones, and some Ferrari-related and F1 images and videos.

There are a number of Windows 7 tablets unveiled at Computex. MSI has also joined the crowd, having revealed their Windows 7-powered tablet, called the MSI WindPad 100, which packs a 10-inch capacitive touchscreen that boasts 1024 x 600 resolution.

Zoom has announced their smallest handheld recorder to date, called the Zoom H1 Handy recorder, which weighs only 2 oz. The tiny recorder is able to record big sounds even though it comes in such a tiny form factor. The Zoom H1 packs studio-quality microphones that is also found on Zoom’s renowned recorder, H2.

Some pictures have surfaced, seem to tell another Android smart phone likely to hit AT&T. The device in pictures is claimed to be the HTC Aria that claims intended for AT&T. It was said to run Android 2.1 with Sense UI, and pack a 5-megapixel camera, microUSB port and optical joystick.

Another tablet has shown up at Computex and it’s the LG UX10, a tablet that also runs the Windows 7 OS. The LG UX10 tablet is currently in its prototype stage, the device packs a 10.1-inch LED capacitive touchscreen, and is powered by an Intel Atom Z530 processor.

Hitachi has managed to shrink the thickness of 2.5-inch hard drives down to 7mm only. They’ve just announced the availability of these hard drives which have two versions, TravelStar and CinemaStar ready to go into some devices such as laptops, netbooks and AV gadgets.
