
Most Android phones will first come with the Android 2.1 or older version of OS and then be followed by an upgrade to the Android 2.2. But Huawei has taken their braver step, aiming to push out an Android 2.2 handset sometime in August.

The Huawei Android 2.2 device is an entry-level cell phone which packs a 2.8-inch QVGA capacitive touchscreen, a 3.2MP camera which would possibly support dual-LED flash, and HSDPA 3G connectivity. The is no further information on which regions and what carriers that this Huawei Android Froyo 2.2 handset will go to.
