LG has chosen the Snapdragon processor to power its latest Android smartphone, LG Optimus Q, which has been announced in Korea. The use of Snapdragon processor will definitely make this handset speedy. It also packs a number of modern amenities including an AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, a touch-sensitive optical trackpad, and an accelerometer.
The LG Optimus Q handset has an internal storage of 3GB and allows expansion via the microSD card slot for up to 32GB. It also has a 5-megapixel camera that has LED flash and supports auto-focus. The device is an Android QWERTY slider and it should be one that LG wants to catch up with the current market that is dominated by Samsung, Motorola and HTC. It’ll retail in South Korea for a price of $758 but no indication if it’ll reach the US.

Nice specs, I just don’t see the point of a hardware keyboard anymore (although I understand some people do)
