Lenovo has rolled out a new laptop with 3D capability. Called the Lenovo IdeaPad Y560d, this 3D notebook packs an Intel Core i7 processor, a 15.6-inch (1366×768) display, and the price starts at $1,200.
The Core i7 processor is only available if you choose the higher configuration. While the base system comes with a Core i3 processor, an integrated Intel processor, and a 250GB HDD. If you choose the upgrade version you’ll get a Core i7 processor, ATI Radeon HD5730 1GB graphics or 750GB HDD.
The 3D panel, software and glasses are actually the extra options which you have to pay for more to get them and for full multimedia experience. The laptop also includes an optional Blu-ray drive, HD graphics and HDMI out for connecting to TV and other displays.
Anyway, 3D laptops are still not so common these days, it still takes some time to have more 3D contents ready on Blu-ray discs and other media. But if you want a 3D laptop that is ready for future and you don’t mind the price, you can get one of these IdeaPad Y560d laptops. Read more about it in the press release below:
