
The Nintendo 3DS has been officially announced at E3. The game console looks pretty similar to the previous DS models, weighs 230 grams and comes in dimensions of 130mm x 74mm x 20mm.
The Nintendo 3DS has the capabilities of letting you play game in 3D, which it has dual screens that consist of a 3D display on top and a 3.5 inch display with a resolution of 800 x 240. The 3D viewing is achievable by having 400 pixels allocated on each eye. There is also a bottom screen that is a 3-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 320 x 240.
The Nintendo 3DS also packs three cameras, an inner and two outer cameras, which offer 0.3 megapixel and 640 x 480 resolution. The device also has WiFi integrated and the gaming controls can be done via its touch screen, a control pad, a slide pad and A/B/X/Y buttons. It’ll also come included with a 2GB Nintendo Game Card. Despite the official announcement but the price is still unknown.
