Acer is developing a 7-inch tablet which has been shown off by Gianfranco Lanci, the CEO of Acer. The device is likely to surface sometime by end of this year or definitely in 2010. The choice of OS for this tablet will either be the Google Android or Google Chrome.
The device will also come in multiple form factors, screen sizes, price points and will be manufactured by many companies. The one shown has a 7-inch screen and a QWERTY below the screen. If everything goes well, the device will very likely to reach the market in Q4 and it’ll have built-in 3G connectivity.
