Those who always need more than one display for your laptop to complete your work in time, may wanna consider the newly announced HP Envy 17 laptop. The new HP laptop eliminates the usual problem seen on laptop for adding more displays i.e. lacking of USB ports. It comes with the support of ATI Eyefinity multi-display technology, which allows you to add up to three external displays without the need of 3rd-party device such as USB hub.
The HP Envy 17 laptop also packs serious hardware specs, the base model already includes a 2.26Ghz Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB RAM, 320GB HDD, 17-inch half-HD (1600 x 900) LCD screen and a discreet ATI Radeon HD 5850 graphic card. All these will cost you $1,400+.
The higher-end model will pack a Core i7 processor, 500GB HDD, 6GB RAM, 17-inch full HD (1920×1080) LCD screen and also the ATI Radeon HD 5850 graphic card. This configuration will cost you $2,150+ at least.
The common features available on both models are a HP TrueVision HD webcam, 6-cell Li-ion battery for only 2.5 hours of operation time. If that isn’t sufficient, you can upgrade for a 9-cell that provides additional 1.25 hours.
