The Samsung i5801 was claimed to be an entry level Android 2.1 phone. Size wise, this handset is comparable with the Samsung Galaxy Spica. Unlike the Samsung Galaxy S, the i5801 packs a multi-touch screen that has a resolution of 240×400 only. The device has on-board storage of 300MB and offers expansion via MicroSDHC cards.
Other goodies of this Samsung i5801 are a 3-megapixel camera, WiFi, GPS, and possibly Bluetooth 3.0. No price and release date yet, it’d be set at affordable price, since it’s been defined as an entry-level phone targeting the cash-conscious market.
