
Sony has upgraded its ultra mobile PC, VAIO P, which now comes with a number of new interesting features. Such as, the new VAIO P will get an accelerometer which allows the user to browse through web sites, PDF, pictures by simply tilting the device left or right.

Turn the VAIO P on its side will allow you to view the content in portrait mode. Pages can be flipped through with the trackball, mouse buttons and an additional trackpad. The new Sony VAIO P will be available in in five colors, which are orange, green, pink, black or white and it’ll be ready in the Europe market sometime in June. While Japan will get it earlier on May 22.
The pricing has not been announced yet for the US and Europe. But Japan will get a model with an Atom Z530 (1.60 GHz) with a price tag of $1,080. Sony has plan to roll out a number of models for the new Sony VAIO P UMPC. The new specs at a glance (VAIO P11S1E) are as follows:
