It was last year that BlackBerry had some rumor claiming that would produce a Bluetooth-enabled watch which let you have easy access and minor controls to your BlackBerry device while it’s in your pocket. Now, a prototype of this BlackBerry watch, called the Allerta inPulse, has been presented at WES 2010.
The Allerta inPulse watch is the first “smartwatch” accessory for BlackBerry smart phones. The watch comes in handy in the situation you wanna have quick glance at what new emails have arrived in your inbox, your calendar appointments and callerID content but do not feel like pulling out the BlackBerry from your pocket.
This BlackBerry watch features an AMOLED display which has clear visibility under poor lighting conditions and direct sunlight. The watch is estimated to be out on June 8th, priced around $149 and available for pre-order. Watch the clip below for the watch in action.
