Newsight has shown off a number of glasses-free 3D displays at the Finetech Japan 2010 in Tokyo. The Newsight 3D displays even come in size of 70 inches, which is claimed by the company to be the largest 3D display in the world.
The Newsight 3D TVs make use of their parallax barrier technology, which allows you to view 3D images on their TVs with your naked eyes or without 3D glasses. The technology sub-divides the LCD image into complex repeating segments which makes it appear in 3D when viewed by human binocular vision. The parallax barrier will be affixed to commercial-grade LCD displays in a precision assembly process. There is no information about the availability or pricing. But expected to come in pretty expensive price tag.
