The microRemote is a focus controller that lets you control a DSLR wirelessly or with cable. What makes this DSLR focus controller special is it allows you to slot in an iPhone as the readout display. If you have any of the older generations of iPhone, you can recycle it, by making it as the readout display of the microRemote.
The microRemote can work alone, with the iPhone or iPod Touch as its display, it’ll offer better visual clues while controlling the DSLR camera. The controller allows you to control zoom, focusing, aperture and there is a knob at the side which allows you to rotate it to make your selection.
The microRemote will be priced around $1,000 and available sometime this summer. Watch the clip below for more information about the device.
