If you love Android OS on your smart phones, you’ll probably love it to run on your netbook as well. Now, Acer has made Android as one of the OSes for its new Acer Aspire One D260 netbook – a netbook that offers dual-boot capability for Windows 7 and Android.
This Acer Android-powered netbook has been confirmed by the company’s mobile product manager, Martino Mobrini, that it’s on the way but the details are still blurry. The very little information known currently about the D260 netbook is it’ll come with redesigned and better chassis than the earlier model, D250.
Acer also has plan to roll out some Google Chrome netbooks, which Acer is said to be “working with the guys at Google” to bring out Chrome OS netbooks by Q3 of 2010.
