D-Link 3G doorbell lets you monitor your front door over a 3G phone

It’s definitely handy for home owners to be able to monitor the front door using a mobile phone. The D-Link DWM-351 3G door phone is the first of its kind doorbell that serves as an outdoor intercom and lets you use your 3G phone or PC to keep an eye on what’s going on at the front door.

The little D-Link doorbell allows you to insert a SIM card, and it has a 0.1 megapixel camera, speaker and mic. Home owners can use their mobile phone to see the visitor as a snapshot or over a one-way 3G video. And you can even speak on your phone to talk to the visitor who presses the doorbell over a two-way voicecall.

Nokia N8-00 12-megapixel flagship phone leaked

Nokia is prepping a flagship smartphone for their N-series, Nokia N8-00 which has got some pictures leaked on a Chinese portal. The Nokia N8-00 should come with lots of goodies and the earlier leaked specs tell it has a 12-megapixel camera with Xenon flash, 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen, HD (720p) recording, HDMI port and it runs Symbian^3 OS. Dell Aero smartphone coming to AT&T soon

Dell Aero is an Android smart phone made by Dell and now on the AT&T promo web page, which hints it’s finally landed on AT&T. The Dell Aero is said as a slightly upgraded version of the Mini 3i which has long been available in China.

Nintendo 3DS – glasses-free 3D game console

Nintendo has announced an improved version of their Nintendo DS game console, called the Nintendo 3DS, which allows you to play game in 3D mode without the need to wear any 3D glasses. This 3D game console is slated to be released at E3 show which is to be held in June in LA.

Palm Pre Plus and Pixi Plus officially launched for AT&T

The Palm’s webOS smart phones, Pre Plus and Pixi Plus, have now been officially announced to come to AT&T. The Palm Pre Plus and Pixi Plus will be sold for a price of $150 and $50 respectively after a mail-in rebate and both will bind you with a 2-year contract.

Imation LTO Ultrium magnetic tapes now come with 1.5TB native capacity

Therefore, there is a need to keep increasing the storage capacity of magnetic tapes in order to cope with the increasing amount of data. Imation has announced their new magnetic tape, Imation LTO Ultrium Generation 5 tape which comes with native storage capacity of 1.5 terabytes.

Farstone’s TotalRecovery USB comes in a little USB flash drive which allows you to backup or restore all the data of your PC. You just need to plug the TotalRecovey USB key into the USB port of your computer, and reboot. You’ll then be able to choose to backup or recover a copy of the data on the entire hard drive to or from any locations such as an external HDD, networked drive, CD/DVD etc.
