iHome has announced the availability of their iHome iA5 app-driven alarm clock for the iPhone or iPod. The iA5 alarm clock works with the company’s iHome+Sleep app, which allows the user to adjust the time, alarm and the EQ settings right on the iPhone itself.

Wondering how glasses-free 3D displays work? The Taiwanese engineers have disclosed their method of making glasses-free 3D displays. The method used by the Taiwanese engineers might not be the same as what used by the i3D technology but they could probably pose some similarities.
The Taiwanese glasses-free 3D screen makes use of a 3D prism pattern, which put side by side and send different light signals to each eye creating left and right channel. In order for it to function correctly, user will need to sit in specific positions to let light show correctly to each eye. They have tested it works well but it restricts the movements of the users. Slight movement or being slightly in wrong angle will make the 3D effects fail.

Samsung has announced three new 3D glasses which are now available for pre-order on Amazon. The three new models are SSG-2100AB (basic), SSG-2200AR and SSG-2200KR which cost $149, $199 and $179 respectively. The SSG-2200KR is meant for kids, which is available in blue and pink.
