Dual-screen e-readers have a number of advantages over single-screen e-readers. At least with two screens, you can work on more complex tasks such as browsing websites and write some notes on the color LCD screen while reading e-book on the e-Ink display.

Acer is working on a super thin notebook which comes with a very unique feature i.e. frameless, which has no back casing. This Acer ultra thin notebook is said to hit the market sometime in second half of 2010. And it’ll come with a touch keyboard and use back of the panel’s glass substrate as the cover.

The classic fighting video game, Tekken has been announced to come to the iPhone and iPod Touch after the foot steps of the other classic such as Street Fighter IV. The iPhone Tekken is to be launched by Namco. Currently, the Tekken for iPhone is far along in development and looking good.

Nokia filed a patent last month for a “piezoelectric kinetic energy harvester” for mobile phones. The technology simply allows mobile phones to charge themselves.
Apparently, the self-charging mobile phones need some movements to produce kinetic energy to change the cellphone. Or more appropriately, there are some crystals that need to get compressed by movements to produce electricity to charge the phone.

AT&T has announced two 3G LaptopConnect devices, which are the USBConnect Turbo and the USBConnect Velocity. The USBConnect Turbo is made by LG, which basically works as a USB 3G modem that keeps the user connected to the Internet via 3G/HSPA 7.2 while they’re on the run.
The AT&T USB Velocity is an aGPS device with 3G connectivity for your laptop, made by Option, which keeps you connected with location GPS-based services.
It works with Option’s free software, the Option GPS control panel, which is able to make use of location-enabled web services such as Yahoo and Bing for directions and local points of interest.
