Dell S300wi projector supports WiFi and throws 3D images


Dell has got their impressive S300wi projector just passed through the FCC. The Dell S300wi projector comes with wireless capability which allows you to beam your content from your computer to the S300wi projector via WiFi network.

The S300wi projector supports WiFi b/n/g, it’s able to throw up an image at 1280 x 800 resolution and with 1.07 billions of colors. The projector has a light valve measuring 0.65 inches and a max brightness of 2200 ANSI Lumens and it’s able to throw an 294-inch image (diagonally) at up to 10.8 feet away.

Besides the WiFi capability, the projector also supports wired connections including VGA, HDMI, S-video and composite inputs and it can display content on your USB flash drive directly.

The S300wi also comes with a RF-wireless interactive pen that works both as a pointer and a wireless mouse, allowing presenters to highlight or manipulate items on the screen.

The S300wi projector is also capable of throwing 3D images, which it supports DLP Link 3D content and glasses and is as good as projecting at VGA/HDMI resolutions up to 1280 x 720 at 120 Hz. A clip (Non-English) is included shows the projector in action. No price and availability have been announced yet since it’s just passed the FCC, but it should be coming to the US soon.
