
Sony has rolled out the new Bravia BX series LCD TVs in Japan, which come equipped with a built-in 500GB hard drive. The Sony Brava BX LCD supports a 720p HD resolution, a 100,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, CCFL backlighting, 60hz, 24p True Cinema, BRAVIA Engine 2, BRAVIA Sync and other common video features.
The Sony Bravia BX LCD only has standard audio features such as 5.1 ch audio output and SteadySound to keep audio levels normalized. The Sony Bravia BX is also known as Sony BX300 in the US or the Sony BX30H in Japan.
The US model, BX300 is available in 32 and 22-inch models. While the Japanese model, BX30H is available in 22, 26, and 32-inch sizes and it differs by having the upgraded BRAVIA Engine 3 digital processor.
