The Nokia N97 has got a version that comes covered with 18 carat of gold and is called the Nokia N97 Mini Gold edition. Other than the external gold layer, all the features on the N97 Mini Gold remain the same, including a 3.2-inch touchscreen with resolution of 360 x 640, 8GB internal memory, slide-out QWERTY, microSD card slot, built-in FM radio, 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and Carl Zeiss optics, HSDPA/3G and WiFi connectivity.
The gold-covered Nokia N97 is likely to hit a number of countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Middle East from Q2 2010 onwards. The exact price is unknown but should be somewhere around $850.
