
AAXA has released a new laser-driven LCoS pico projector, L1, which comes with a built-in media player, boasts 20 lumens of brightness and capable of throwing up an image of up to 50 inches at 800×600.
The AAXA L1 pico projector is super tiny, measures only 4.2 inch x 2.1 inch x 0.8 inch and weighs 170 grams only with the battery on. It uses laser, which is focus-free allows it to project even on curved surfaces. The little projector has built-in memory of 160MB, is equipped with USB port which can play media on USB drives and it comes included with a 2GB USB drive.
The L1 projector supports movies, photos, audio files and also office documents. The battery life is 90 minutes. It costs $599 and is available on AAXA website for pre-order. It seems to be in limited quantity only due to the laser-diodes are available in limited quantity. So, hurry up to get yours if you want one!
