I cannot make calls from my nettalk….the operator keep telling me that i have to press the pound key after..and when i do..i am not able to get through with my call.
I can call 75% of the people, but I can’t my Mom in NY? It tells me to dial the number, then hit the # key, but it still won’t work! I am calling tomorrow and either they fix it or I want my money back and I get the Magicjack!
Had my NetTalk TK6000 for 2 weeks, but will not work at peak times or call 716 area code. Now, it hasn’t worked at all in 3 days. I called the company everyday and they said they are working on it! I am sending mine back today! What good is it if it works some of the time?
I have both the Net Talk TK6000 and the MagicJack. They both are fair at best. Instead of having long distance charges on my landline, I just use either one to call long distance. Do not rely on either one for a permanent replacement for your landline because they can get bogged down or stop working during peak internet hours.
