
Pentax has made official a new retro-looking point and shoot camera, Optio I-10, which comes with a gyro-based image stabilizer. This new Pantex camera features a 12.1 megapixel CCD sensor, ISO sensitivity up to 6400, 5x optical zoom, a 2.7-inch CD screen, face + pet detection, and built-in memory of 26.7MB which is expandable via SD/SDHC memory Cards.
Some more it’s also capable of recording video at 720p (1280×720) HD quality. It measures 100.5 ×65.0 ×28.0 mm, weighs 153g, available in black and white and priced around 26,000 Yen or $289 and expected to hit the store by end of February 2010.
