Asus has another e-reader to show us here. It’s the 9-inch DR-950 eBook Reader which comes with less colors on the screen while compared to the 6-inch DR-570, but has more than what the Amazon Kindle has.
The 9-inch display of the ASUS DR-950 has a resolution of 1024 x 768, and it’s available with 2 – 4 GB storage and can be expanded via the SD card slot. This Asus 9-inch e-reader supports various formats including PDF, ePub and HTML. And it has text-to-speech and RSS capabilities.
It supports WiFi, HSDPA and WiMax connectivity, has a USB port for content loading and a 3.5mm headphone jack for music. Apparently, the Asus e-readers have more to offer than other e-readers in the market.

I think it’s great that they offer the bigger 9 inch screen. I am anxiously awaiting the price announcement. It’s very exciting to see all of these companies jumping on board. I have a Kindle now..had it for three months and cannot imagine life without it..lol..

For so many years we have been listening that e-readers are coming. But still they are expensive with small user base.
