The new OCZ’s Cryo-Z CPU cooler uses phase change solution to cool your overclocked computer at sub-zero temperatures. OCZ claims this cooler is best used for overclocking enthusiasts to cool the computers at sub-zero temperatures to maintain top performance.
The Cryo-Z cooler was designed with user-friendliness in mind. Good insulation has been added to the cooled parts as a necessary precaution to prevent condensation.
The Cryo-Z has also included the Frozen CPU’s exclusive bracket adaptors and backplates, making it compatible with the latest Intel platforms including “Lynnfield” and “Nehalem”. And of course, it’s compatible with sockets LGA 775 and AM2 that are already standard with the Cryo-Z.
This OCZ cooler doesn’t come in cheap price. It costs as much as $380, but overclockers would not mind too much about this price if it managed to keep your computers cool enough to maintain best performance.
