
Seed Industrial of ShenZen has introduced the HT560 MID, an ultra portable device that runs Windows XP and is powered by the VIA C7 1GHz processor. This ultra portable device also packs 16GB of SSD storage and 1GB of DDR II RAM.
The HT650 MID is equipped with a 5.6 inch TFT ( 800×480) touch screen and weights 410g only. Other goodies include a 1.3 megapixel webcam, VIA AC97 integrated sound card, 2 USB 2.0 ports, a CRT port, a SD memory card slot and supports WiFi b/g, GPS and Bluetooth connectivity. No indication for the price yet but guess is it should be within $500.
