
C-motech has got a dual-mode USB modem, U-301, which supports both 3G CDMA and the 4G WiMax networks, and slated to be released via Sprint starting in December.

The C-motech dual-mode USB modem provides download and upload speeds up to 10MB/s and 4MB/s respectively while it’s connected on 4G WiMax. And providing download/upload speeds of 3.1/1.8 MB/s while it’s on 3G CDMA.

The little device uses a 65nm Qualcomm QSC6085 chipset for CDMA and a 65nm Beceem BCSM250 chipset for WiMax. It supports Windows XP, Vista and also Windows 7.
