Here comes the Pico Bayard, an interesting gadget designed by Jeffrey Stephenson, which works both as a hybrid computer and a digital photo frame. The design of this mini computer is inspired by mantle clock design of Bayard, a French clockmaker.

The Pico Bayard is powered by a 1GHz VIA C7 processor, 1GB DDR2 memory and an 80W picoPSU. It supports WiFi which has an adjustable antenna at the back. It does not have a mouse nor a keyboard, operating it simply depends on the the EarthLCD 8-inch LCD.
The are vents at top of the case and heatsink exposed at the back, which allow the hot interior air to escape properly, preventing damage of CPU due to overheating. What’s the size of this hybrid computer? As you can see in the picture below, it’s just a shade taller than a coca cola can. Amazingly, this gadget was constructed with only a cordless drill, custom made jigs, and Johnson’s paste wax.
