
The Casio Exilim EX-G1 is the first camera belongs to the Casio endurance line, which comes with a body made of two layers, steel + polycarbonate, allow it to withstand shocks, dirt and humidity.

The Casio Exilim EX-G1 is 19.9mm in thickness, has a non-extending optical zoom (38-114mm). At the back of this camera is where the 2.5 inch LCD display located and it’s protected by an acrylic plate. Impact zones on the camera are ruggedized and the user can even add external protector to protect them.

The Exilim EX-G1 features a 12/1 megapixel sensor, is capable of recording YouTube movies. It’s waterproof, can go underwater at 10 feet for 60 continuous minutes and also has the capability to compromise shots taken underwater due to poor underwater lighting condition.
