Bluetooth handsfree devices are very common these days. Almost everyone needs it, especially for those who’re always busy on the phone while on the road. But some times you will misplace or forget your Bluetooth headset. Although it’s small in size, but it isn’t wearable which could be one of the tendencies that you forget or misplace it.
Here comes the Orb Bluetooth headset, which has been specially designed and able to transform itself into a ring, and to be worn on one of your fingers. When it’s in use, it’s simply like any Bluetooth headset; a listening earpiece that communicates with your cellphone or PMP via Bluetooth and worn on your ear.
When it’s not in use, it can be folded up for easy storage, converted into a ring that can be worn on the owner’s finger as a fashion accessory. Since it can be worn like a ring, the tendency of misplacing or leaving it behind should be minimal. Just think of it as your wedding ring, then it’ll always be on your finger. So you’ll always have it when you need it in the car.
The Orb Bluetooth headset is expected to be released as early as January 2010. The suggested retailed price for a base model is about $125.
